Packages are scanned one by one on a belt, each scan a beat. Then 42 tracking numbers are pasted into Port Pass's bulk scan and queued, and they stream past the scanner in double, then quadruple time with zero errors. Every scan updates the customer automatically by email and WhatsApp, and anyone can look a package up on the public tracking portal. Status updates are pushed to partner systems; when one partner goes offline the update is queued and retried until it lands.
