Customs paperwork drops onto a pile until it towers out of frame, while the clock runs from 8 in the morning to 5:40 at night. A manifest CSV is imported into Port Pass and gravity switches off: the paper floats apart and reassembles as a manifest. Auto classify assigns an HS code to every item; the one it can't place, a misc. gift item, is resolved from a short list of suggestions. Total weight is distributed across the items. Duty, VAT and liquidation are calculated for Trinidad and Tobago and recalculated instantly for Guyana. The manifest folds into a single degrouped XML file for ASYCUDA with trade, non-trade, bond sheet and packing list documents, and the clock reads 8:24. Port Pass: clear faster.
