A customer submits a pre-alert on the Port Pass customer portal, and it becomes a package pass. The package is received and scanned at the Miami warehouse, then consolidated into shipment MIA-POS 0412. While the plane crosses the Caribbean, every item is auto-classified with HS codes and the customs declaration, ASYCUDA degrouped XML and liquidation summary are generated before landing. In Port of Spain the package is scanned onto Section B, Shelf 04 and marked ready. It then reaches the customer either by delivery, with a WhatsApp availability check, an optimized route and proof of delivery, or by pickup, paid online and requested at a kiosk.
